WW HS109 MPR: How to Use the Video Cables
When using the Wildwood multipurpose room, there are two different video cables to use to connect a device to the in-room A/V equipment.
Cable #1: HDMI
You can use this cable to connect directly to the in-room system with a laptop or device that has an HDMI input.

1. After you have connected, click on 'Share Screen' from the Cisco Touch Panel.

2. When on the Share Screen page, it will show the PC/Laptop output. Click 'View' to share the connected device screen and 'Hide' to stop sharing the device screen.

Cable #2 USB-C
You can use this cable to share the screen of a USB-C compatible device or to connect a laptop for web calling purposes only (i.e., Teams).

--To Connect for Share Screen--
1. After you have connected, click on 'Share Screen' from the Cisco Touch Panel.

2. When on the Share Screen page, it will show the PC (USB-C) as the connected output device. Click 'View' to share the connected device screen and 'Hide' to stop sharing the device screen.

--To Call From Laptop--
[This only works when using the in-room equipment for a video call from your laptop.]
1. After you have connected your device and opened the meeting app, click on 'Call from Laptop' from the Cisco Touch Panel.

2. In the meeting app, change your device's speaker, microphone, and camera to the Cisco Room Kit EQ. This allows you to use the in-room A/V equipment for your meeting.

3. While in the meeting from your laptop, you can use the Cisco Touch Panel to mute the in-room microphone, swap between the Front and Rear cameras, or disconnect your device.
