How to turn on and share a Powerpoint in the new Transformed Interactive Classroom

Sharing Content from Instructor PC:

Tap the Navigator Touch Panel to wake it up.
Log-In to the Instructor PC.
Tap Share Screen icon from the Navigator Touch Panel.
Select Instructor PC and Tap view.
2. Any content on the main screen of Instructor PC will display on the classroom monitors.
Launch PowerPoint, Open the presentation, and Begin slideshow.

Using Presenter mode

Press the Windows Key and P on the keyboard to bring up Display Settings.
Click on Extend from the menu.
2. The presenter notes will now appear on the Instructor’s PC while displaying the Slideshow to the classroom monitors, as shown below

To End Sharing

Tap the Navigator Touch Panel to wake it up,.
Tap Share Screen icon from the Navigator Touch Panel.
Tap Hide to stop displaying content to the classroom monitors.
