How to launch a Teams Meeting and share content within the new interactive classrooms

Prior to trying to start a Teams meeting from the new interactive classroom, please ensure create your scheduled meeting well in advance of the desired start time to allow for the system to sync and appear on the Navigator Touch Pad.

Starting the Content in the meeting

Upon arriving in the room, Tap the Navigator Touch Panel to wake it up.
The meeting will appear on the home screen of the Navigator Touch Screen.
Tap Join on start the Teams meeting

Sharing Content in the meeting

Tap the Share Icon from the Call Controls
Tap the Source to share content from
Tap Share in call to display content within the Teams Call, as shown below:

To display your content in the room, but NOT in the call, Tap View, located below the Share in call button, as shown below:
