Fixing Teams Audio in WW Hyflex Classrooms
When using the Teams app on the Hyflex equipment in Wildwood 220 and 222, you will likely need to changed your audio output setting for the first time after your inital login on the classroom PC. These steps below will show you how to match the Team speaker output to the classroom PC speakers.
If you are in classroom 220, then you will need to follow these steps:
1. Confirm the sound output on the classroom PC is set to the highlighted option below.

2. Open the Teams app, and start a meeting whether scheduled or new. Then click on the sound mixing icon under Computer Audio.

3. When you first open Teams on the Hyflex PC, it will default speaker audio to Speakerphone as shown in the image below.
That's not the correct output because you will not be able to hear virtual students through the in-room speakers.

4. Select the Extron HDMI -2(4- HD Audio Driver for Display Audio) for the classroom speakers to play Teams audio.
[This option only works for WW220]

If you are in classroom 222, then you will need to follow these steps:
1. Confirm the sound output on the classroom PC is set to the highlighted option below.

2. Open the Teams app, and start a meeting whether scheduled or new. Then click on the sound mixing icon under Computer Audio.

3. When you first open Teams on the Hyflex PC, it will default speaker audio to Speakerphone as shown in the image below.
That's not the correct output because you will not be able to hear virtual students through the in-room speakers.

4. Select the Extron HDMI (HD Audio Driver for Display Audio) for the classroom speakers to play Teams audio.
[This option only works for WW222]
