Voicemail name & greeting

To update your voice mail name recording and greeting, open the Mitel Connect application on your computer. Choose Connect (upper left corner), then Settings.

Use the wizard on the Call Routing tab to change your voicemail greeting.
Record your name (for default voice mail modes) by choosing the Setup tab under Voicemail.
You can also record your name for outgoing voice mails by logging in to your voice mail from your desk phone (or dialing 314-539-5400) and pressing 7, then 6. To review and record a new greeting, log in to your voice mail and press 7, then 1. Each call handling mode/state has a separate greeting.
