Powerpoint Presenter Mode - Changing Monitors

Powerpoint decides which monitor to display Presenter View and which to display the presentation.

Follow the instructions below if they are not showing on the correct monitors.

1. On the ribbon, click Slide Show.

2. In the Monitors section, click the arrow next to Automatic and select Monitor 2. The text after Monitor 2 may be different.

3. Powerpoint will now show the presentation on your other monitor.
