1. Click in the search field and type certmgr.msc
2. Verify you are in certmgr – [Certificates – Current User (no admin)]
3. Right-click on the Personal folder, All Tasks, Request New Certificate…
4. Click Next:
5. Click Next:
6. Select STLCC User Certificate and then click next:
7. Finished
