Adobe Acrobat Reader Not Upgrading to Full Version

Regarding the issues you are experiencing with upgrading Acrobat Reader to the full version of Adobe Acrobat, please try performing the following steps:

Once you have confirmed that you are logged in, please select the Menu option in the upper-left hand corner.
Navigate down to the Help option
Select Install premium features to upgrade from Acrobat Reader to the full Acrobat app

If the following steps do not work, please try opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app and uninstalling then reinstalling the Acrobat application. See below for instructions:
First, open the Creative Cloud app. You should have a desktop icon that looks like the one below, but if you do not, select the Type here to search option in the lower left-hand corner and search Creative Cloud
