ACCESSING THE ARCHER APPLICATION
- Students will access the Archer Application at apply.stlcc.edu. They can also access the application through the mobile app in the Prospective Student persona. Students will begin by creating a new account.
-
CREATE ACCOUNT FORM
- The create account form includes the questions to identity veterans, online students, and the student’s high school for the recruiting territories.
ADMIT TYPE QUESTIONS
- Note: Both HS graduates and non-graduates are directed to the questions to determine New, Re-Entry, Transfer, and Visiting status if they are not currently in high school. Only students currently in high school will be able to select Dual Credit or Dual Enrollment. If a student answers a question incorrectly, setting the answer back to blank should remove any questions displayed that the student does not need to complete.

-
RE-ENTRY STUDENTS
- Note: If a student attended STLCC after graduating high school, that student will be a Re-Entry student unless they answer that they are currently enrolled elsewhere AND are transferring credits back to that college. Those students are Visiting. However, if the student has attended STLCC after graduating high school AND they attended another college, they will be considered a Re-Entry student as long as they are not a visiting student.
Students who attended STLCC within the past 2 years will be directed to the Re-Entry application.
-
TRANSFER STUDENTS
- Note: A student is only a transfer if they have NOT attended STLCC after graduating high school AND they are not transferring credits back to that college or university for their degree.
-
VISITING STUDENTS
- Note: A student will be considered visiting if they have attended a college or university after high school AND they are transferring credits back to that college or university for their degree. They will evaluate to Visiting if they answer yes or no to attending STLCC after high school if the previous condition is met.
