GlobalProtect won't connect after a password change
After changing your MYSTLCC password, GlobalProtect's cached credentials are no longer valid. You will receive an error when the VPN client attempts to log in.
To resolve this issue, you will need to log in to GlobalProtect with your new password.
If GlobalProtect will still not accept your new password, verify that the username field only contains your username and does not have STLCC\ in front of your username.
