GlobalProtect VPN client keeps prompting for login
OVERVIEW:
Restart and use the newly updated credentials to sign in to the VPN client.
SYMPTOMS:
The GlobalProtect Client repeatedly prompts for credentials no matter how many times they are entered. This usually occurs following a password change - sometimes the next day or later if the VPN client had already established a connection the previous day and had not been reconnected. The VPN client needs the new credentials to successfully connect.
SOLUTION:
- Have the user restart the system.
- After signing in, they will be prompted for credentials. Have the user enter in the new credentials.
- This should resolve the issue.
