Instructions Sent for Remote Teaching: Document Cameras
Quick Setup Instructions:
To setup your camera
1.Unpack your document camera, power supply, and USB cable.
2.Plug the USB cable in, larger end goes to your computer, the smaller end goes to the document 3.camera port on the left side of the base.
4.Connect the power cable to the document camera, port located on the back of the Base,
and plug the power adapter in.
5.Power on the document camera on, the power switch is located on the right side of the base.
NOTE: THIS STEP WILL TAKE A COUPLE MINUTES FOR THE CAMERA TO INITIALIZE
6.Ensure the slide switch on the right side is set to “PC CAM”.
NOTE: YOU SHOULD GET A MESSAGE FROM WINDOWS THAT YOUR DEVICE IS BEING INSTALLED
To View your camera’s video
1.Click the windows Key (on Windows 10) and type “Camera”.
2.Click on the “Camera App”, this should be the best match.
3.Click the reverse camera Icon on the top right of the camera app window If you do not
see what the document camera is pointed at.
