Logging into a College Laptop off campus
Note: Whenever possible, it is better to log into a laptop for the first time while connected on one of the campuses. If that is not possible, please follow the steps below.
Windows 10
- Before logging in, make sure that your wireless connection is active and connected (in the low right-hand corner of the screen).
- Choose Sign-in options , and ensure that the World+Shield icon is selected before entering your MySTLCC ID and password. (Username will require domain prefix before username; see example below)
- Username: stlcc\username
- Once the GlobalProtect popup shows, Sign in with your My STLCC ID
- You’re all set! You are now on the College’s network.
