Accessing your mySTLCC Account for the first time

Go to STLCC.edu/Setup
Type your STLCC email address and Click Next
Type your current STLCC Password
1. Your initial STLCC Password is your A-Number ID followed by “#”
  1. Example: A-number is 000123456 then your initial STLCC Password is A000123456#
Type your current STLCC Password for Old password, Create a new password, Confirm the new password, and Click Submit,
2. Your new password must contain the following:
  1. One (1) capital, (1) lower case letter, and One (1) number
  2. A minimum of twelve (12) characters
  3. One (1) special characters ( : * % !. , )
  4. Use multiple words and numbers to make it complex
Click Next from the More Information Required prompt
You will be prompted to set up your Multifactor Security Information,
2. Make sure to set up three of the four of the following:
  1. Authenticator App
    - Please see the Setting up MFA contact Information for step by step guild to setting up the Authenticators App.
  2. Alternative Phone number
  3. Alternative (personal) Email
  4. Security Questions
3. Setting these methods up will allow you to access your accounts securely and be able to reset your password in the future.
