Banner Authentication error message
Resolving the Banner sign in issues is a two step process. First is to clear cache and cookies from Chrome and the second is to use the CollegeWeb link to access Banner.
Step 1:
Clearing cache and cookies in Chrome
- Close all the browsers if there are open. Only one browser should be active.
- Click on upper right 3 dots
- Select “History” from the Menu
- Select "Clear Cache and Cookies" from the left side
- Select “Advanced”
- Make sure to select “Time range” All Time.
- Checkmark ALL the categories.
- Click “Clear data”. This will close the Clear browsing data popup.
- Close the browser
Step 2:
Accessing Banner
- Open Chrome, only after clearing cache and cookies (first step)
- In the address bar, go to Collegeweb.stlcc.edu
- Click on Banner
- Click the Orange button labeled STLCC
- Login
