Report a phish using Outlook desktop app

If you receive an email that you determine is a phishing email or that otherwise seems suspicious, you can submit it to the IT Security Team to report it. If it is a legitimate email the security team will respond to you, letting you know that it is legitimate. If it is a phishing email, the security team will clean the phishing message from all student and employee emails.

To report a phishing email using the Outlook desktop app:

With the email open, select the 3-dots menu in the upper right
Towards the bottom of the menu select "Phish Alert Report"
On the pane that opens up select "Phish Alert"
You're finished. The security team will investigate the reported email.
