Sign In To Mitel Connect and Activate The Softphone Feature

Launch Mitel Connect and sign in with your STLCC ID and password. F1
Click the Softphone icon located directly to the right of your account name. F2
Under the Incoming calls will ring: options, select Softphone. Use the dropdown menu to choose the audio device you want to use. F3
Click the ⚙ Settings icon to the right of your user profile and full extension. F4
Click the Softphone tab and make sure the Capture audio through dropdown has the device with your microphone selected. F5
