Requesting Local Administrative Rights
Employees of St. Louis Community College (faculty or staff) may request elevated local rights to their computers, commonly known as local administrative rights for specific computers.
These rights are solely to further the College mission and are subject to STLCC Board Policy, Administrative Procedures and Information Technology(IT) Operating Guidelines. Programs, software, and other applications downloaded onto College‐owned equipment should be germane to the College’s mission of supporting technology to enhance teaching and learning.
To request local administrative rights to your STLCC computer:
- Complete the Elevated Permissions Request form through the Help portal
Once the form is submitted, the Help Desk will work to obtain an approvals from your Campus Leadership and will provide updates once approved or declined.
