Log on again and try to print a test page from the application (i.e. Word). Check to make sure that the issue is not application-specific. Try a different application (i.e. Chrome, Adobe). Check to make sure that you are printing to the correct printer. If that did not resolve the problem, check the physical printer: Turn the printer off and on again.
