Powerpoint: Disable Presenter View

How to disable ‘Presenter View’ on PowerPoint

Due to how the Hyflex classrooms are set up, the presenter view may not work in standard mode. You will need to manually turn off the presenter view for students to see the presentation.

Step 1: Before your presentation, click on the Slide Showtab in the toolbar.

Step 2: Go to the Monitors section and uncheck the box next to Use Presenter View.
- This will disable the ‘Presenter View’ for all presentations while logged on the PC.

Step 3: Click on Start Slide Showto screen your presentation as normal.
